not be able to exhaust memory: at 720p an I420 frame is ~1.3 MB, so 1024
frames is already well past any useful buffering.
_attachFrameSink clamps to the same value natively
(remote_video_track_wrap.cpp, remote_audio_track_wrap.cpp). That clamp is
a backstop only - validation happens here - but the two have to move
together if this ever changes.
